Who we are

IBI Technologies Ltd ("IBI", "we"), registered in England and Wales under company number 17055807, operates ibitechnologies.co.uk and is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@ibitechnologies.co.uk.

What we collect and why

Booking data. When you book a call through our scheduling provider, Cal.com, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and your answers to the booking questions. We use this to prepare for and hold the call, and to follow up. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Correspondence. If you email us, we hold that correspondence to respond and to keep a record of the relationship. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
Server logs. Our web server records standard technical logs (IP address, browser user agent, pages requested) for security and reliability. Logs are rotated and are not used for profiling. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Third parties your browser talks to

Pages on this site load fonts and a graphics library from third-party content delivery networks (Fontshare, Google Fonts, unpkg). When your browser fetches those files, the operators of those services receive your IP address as part of the request. We do not send them anything about you.

Our processors

Cal.com processes booking data on our behalf.
Zoho Mail (EU region) hosts our email.
Our web hosting provider processes server logs on infrastructure we manage.

Retention

We keep booking data and correspondence for as long as needed to manage the relationship and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. Server logs are kept for a short rolling period.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict or object to processing, and request portability. Write to hello@ibitechnologies.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and its effective date.
