Systems
first.
AI second.
IBI Technologies integrates AI into the way your business already works. We audit the system, wire intelligence into the tools you already run, and tune the result to how your people actually behave. Fewer moving parts, measurable efficiency, no AI for AI's sake.
AI is not the point.
The point is a business that runs faster with fewer moving parts.
Most AI projects don't fail at the technology. They fail at the human layer: tools bolted on, staff routing around them, pilots dying quietly. IBI engagements start with the system, not the model. We map the workflows you already run, integrate intelligence into the tools you already own, and tune the result to how your people actually behave, using a behavioural engine we built ourselves (patent pending). And because we ship our own products with the same hands, the advice and the engineering are the same person.
The Ladder
Three rungs. Start small, prove the value, own the outcome.
01 · Systems & AI Audit. Every engagement starts here, scoped and priced before we begin. We map the workflows you actually run, find where hours and margin leak, and hand you a roadmap sequenced by return, not by novelty. If nothing beyond the audit is worth buying, the roadmap says so.
02 · Integration builds. Automations and AI agents wired into the stack you already own: your CRM, inbox, documents, and ops tools. No rip-and-replace, no new subscriptions to babysit. Every build ships with monitoring, a human override, and the behavioural layer tuned to the people who have to live with it.
03 · Owned platforms. When the audit says the rented stack itself is the problem, The Studio replaces it with a platform you own outright: website, CRM, email, payments, and AI in one codebase.
Behavioural Intelligence
Not personality typing. A behavioural layer that reads the patterns already present in your product's own first-party, consented data, and gives your software a live, confidence-scored read of how each person tends to engage.
Behavioural Intelligence is IBI's behavioural layer. It sits on the first-party events your product already collects, with consent, and resolves them into bounded, observable behavioural states, each carried with its own confidence. Not emotion. Not a label on a person. A pattern your systems can respond to.
This is why IBI integrations get adopted where others get routed around: the systems we build adapt to the people using them, instead of demanding the reverse. It runs inside our own products first, on data those products already own, and is owned outright by IBI Technologies Ltd.
DraftRight
An AI-powered UK legal toolkit for drafting, analysing, transcribing, and monitoring compliance from one workspace.
DraftRight is a UK legal and compliance platform that replaces the patchwork of single-purpose tools most professionals still string together. It generates documents with binding legislation references, analyses incoming contracts, compares versions, drafts bespoke agreements, transcribes meetings with speaker diarisation, scans invoices, builds HR packs, and runs an AI advisor that can answer counsel-grade questions.
The template library is self-learning. Every accepted draft compounds the system's understanding of how UK contracts actually get written. At the top of the stack, Enterprise Premium unlocks Compliance Signals: a continuous regulatory-monitoring layer that flags what's about to change in your firm's exposure window, before it changes.
The Studio
Owned platforms for coaches, psychologists, professional practices, and independent businesses. Stop renting your business, own it outright.
The Coaching Corner Academy, founded by Sarah Makinde, ran on rented tools. IBI migrated the entire business off GoHighLevel and Kajabi onto a single platform it owns and controls: a premium marketing website, a full learning platform, a CRM with complete contact timelines, a drag-and-drop email and automation engine, funnels, a Stripe-backed store tied to course access, an analytics cockpit, and an AI assistant on every public page. One codebase, one login, run day to day by a non-technical owner.
Beside it sits an AI coaching-practice tool: real-time voice conversations with an AI that plays the other side of a coaching session, then behavioural analysis that turns each session into structured, objective feedback. The same behavioural DNA that runs through the rest of the IBI stack, with a memory layer so feedback compounds across sessions.
The platform is engineered to be cloned. Row-level data isolation, server-side aggregation, and client configuration factored out of the code, so the same CRM and platform is now being productised for psychologists, coaches, and training practices that want to own their stack instead of renting it.
Leasy's Events
A UK party-favours and event-styling business that ran on a contact form and manual everything. IBI replaced it with a full booking platform and an immersive, scroll-driven marketing site: structured bookings priced on the server so a tampered request can never change what is owed, passwordless customer access through unguessable links, inspiration-photo uploads, and a clear lifecycle from enquiry to consultation to deposit to event day.
The automation earns its keep. Transactional email on every meaningful event, calendar invites generated in code that drop into the owner's diary with a one-week reminder, and a branded order-form PDF rendered server-side that always matches the admin preview. All of it runs on one self-managed server, operated day to day by a non-technical owner, at essentially zero recurring cost.
The Coaching Corner — Practice
A coach-in-training practises against an AI client whose resistance is driven by the same Behavioural Intelligence that runs the rest of the stack. The client only opens up when the coaching genuinely earns it. When the session ends, a supervisor chain scores the transcript against the ICF competencies and writes structured, objective feedback.
The point is deliberate practice with a memory. Every session is analysed the same way, feedback compounds across sessions, and the coach improves against a rubric instead of a feeling. Built in the Studio, on the same owned platform, at essentially zero recurring cost.
Lens
The third pillar. The layer that lets the stack remember in motion.
Lens closes the IBI stack. Behavioural Intelligence resolves who someone is in the moment. Lens is what lets that resolution carry: across systems, across time, across the full arc of every interaction a business has ever had with a customer.
Without Lens, systems forget, and every conversation starts from zero. With Lens, everything IBI builds shares one memory: the products in the portfolio and the integrations shipped into client businesses, compounding quietly with every interaction. In development at IBI Technologies Ltd.
Fractionet
Find out what kind of investor you are.
Fractionet is a risk-free investing arena. You trade a live simulated market with no real money at stake, and the engine reads how you actually behave under pressure, then holds up a mirror: a read of how you actually trade.
It is a full investor workspace, not a wallet. Simulated multi-asset portfolios, an embedded AI advisor, and InvestorDNA, quietly powered by IBI's Behavioural Intelligence layer running inside the product. All virtual, an educational simulation, not a regulated financial service.
Structural imagination is."
IBI Technologies exists because most of the markets that matter (capital access, legal authoring, behavioural understanding) are still wired with assumptions from a previous decade. Building a single product against any one of these problems is a startup. Building infrastructure against all three is a holding company. Integrating that infrastructure into other people's businesses is the consultancy.
Every IBI product ships with the same posture: ledger-grade where it has to be, editorial where it should be, behaviourally aware everywhere it can be. The intelligence layer compounds quietly across the portfolio.
If you operate at the intersection of finance, law, or human signal, and the off-the-shelf answer offends you, there is a conversation to be had. The same is true if you run a coaching, psychology, or training practice that is still renting its own business from a stack of subscriptions.
