The audit

A reading of how work moves through your business: where enquiries and jobs wait, where your systems disagree, and which recurring tasks a person, a process change or AI should take on.

By enquiry now. A free self-serve version is coming soon.

An audit has to say what it could not see.

A missed reply is counted only where every account it could sit in is visible. Where one is not, the report gives a count, never a rate, and its coverage map shows what we could see and what we could not.

01What it reads

What the audit reads.

  1. 01Your systems

Your CRM and other tools, by export. Only the fields we list: identifiers, dates and times, categories, statuses and teams. No message text and no notes.

  2. 02Your mailboxes

Who wrote to whom and when, never the words, except in small samples your policy allows. A read-only tool runs on your own system.

  3. 03What it could see

The coverage map: each system and mailbox, and whether it was seen in full, in part, or not at all.

  4. 04What to change first

Findings by role, never by person, and what to change first. If nothing is worth building, it says so.

02System

How it runs.

01In
  • Your systems, by export
  • Your mailboxes, read on your machine
  • Your content policy
02Runs
  • Counts, not guesses
  • Findings that survive a test
  • Content stays on your machine
03Out
  • The coverage map
  • Findings by role
  • A prediction for each fix
  • 01Counts, not guesses

A missed reply is counted only where every account it could sit in is visible. Where one is not, you get a count, never a rate.

  • 02Findings survive a test

A claim is called a finding only once an attempt to refute it has failed.

  • 03Content stays with you

What reads content runs on your machine. Numbers and labels travel to IBI; words only in the small samples your policy allows.

  • 04A prediction first

Each fix is written down with what it should change, then measured again at 30 and 90 days.

03Coming soon

The free audit.

What it will do, step by step. Until it is live, the audit is by enquiry.

  • 01Sign up

    With your business email address.

  • 02Prove it is yours

A record on your domain, or your administrator's consent.

  • 03Connect, read only

Each sign-in first proves it cannot read outside its scope. Mailboxes are read by a signed app on your machine.

  • 04Approve one file

You read the summary before it leaves, and approve it.

  • 05Your snapshot

What was seen and what was not, what we observed, and one reading of what holds you back, labelled a hypothesis.

One free snapshot per organisation every 90 days. Its observations are not findings: the paid audit adds the tests that make them so.

04Pricing

How pricing works.

Priced by the size of your organisation, on eight staff bands, and quoted after a 30-minute call. No figures here: every quote is worked out from your headcount and what the work needs.

  • Up to 25
  • 26 to 50
  • 51 to 100
  • 101 to 250
  • 251 to 500
  • 501 to 1,000
  • 1,001 to 2,500
  • 2,501 to 5,000
  • Above 5,000, quoted on its own
05Questions

Questions.

Do you read our emails?

Not the words. A read-only tool on your own system records who wrote to whom and when; words leave it only in the small samples your policy allows. It starts once an impact assessment, a staff notice and a content policy are in place, and we give you templates for all three.

What if you cannot see everything?

The report says so. Its coverage map shows what we could see and what we could not, and a missed reply is counted only where every account it could sit in is visible. Where one is not, you get a count, never a rate.

Is there a free audit?

Coming soon: a free self-serve snapshot, one per organisation every 90 days. Until it is live, the audit is by enquiry.

What happens after the audit?

Each finding gets one route: a change in how the team works, a build inside the AI tools you already pay for, a platform, or no build at all. If nothing is worth building, the report says so.

How is it priced?

By the size of your organisation, on eight staff bands, and quoted after a 30-minute call.
